Elio Trolio
Elio Trolio - Sr. Manager of Value Engineering, Plex

Elio Trolio leads the Value Engineering practice at Plex by Rockwell Automation and engages with prospects and customers in defining the value in adopting smart manufacturing technologies. He began his career in the Automotive industry, whereby he employed Design for Manufacturing & Assembly process guidance within GM businesses driving cost reduction across their Product Development teams. He then joined Chrysler’s Procurement and Supply organization, driving quality across Chrysler suppliers from Advanced Quality Planning and PPAP perspective. Following, he contributed to the development of a robust supplier quality management program practice at Intier Automotive (formerly a division of Magna). Switching gears, Elio went on to drive continuous improvement from a technology perspective. At UGS PLM, he helped manufacturers understand the value of manufacturing-related solutions. Then at PTC, he drove the value proposition across Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service (SLM) operations for new and existing customers.
