TROY, MICH., July 13, 2016– Plex Systems, the leader in cloud ERP for manufacturing, has appointed Concur co-founder Mike Hilton to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately. Hilton currently serves as chief product officer at Accolade, an on-demand healthcare concierge for employers, health plans and health systems.
With more than 25 years of enterprise software expertise, Hilton brings Plex proven leadership in global product, quality, technology and strategy efforts, with experience in a range of industries that spans from IT and healthcare to travel and expense management.
As chief product officer at Accolade, Hilton is responsible for leading the company’s product and analytics efforts, mapping the company’s product strategy to its vision for a simpler way to access healthcare through cutting-edge technology.
Prior to joining Accolade, Hilton co-founded Concur, a pioneer in cloud computing for travel and expense management, most recently serving as the company’s chief product officer responsible for all product management, strategy and delivery. Over his 21 years with Concur, Hilton held multiple leadership and product roles focused on building innovative, high-value cloud solutions.
Hilton helped launch the sales force automation space as part of a team that created ACT! for Windows at Symantec. He began his career leading engineering efforts for early Apple software products with Claris Corporation. Hilton holds a double bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer and information sciences from University of California, Santa Cruz.
