Kevin Parker Joins Plex Board of Directors

Plex Systems, the leader in cloud ERP for manufacturing, today announced it has appointed Kevin Parker to the company’s board of directors. Parker brings extensive experience to Plex in both leading and scaling growth stage, enterprise software companies.

TROY, MICH., March 1, 2016– Plex Systems, the leader in cloud ERP for manufacturing, today announced it has appointed Kevin Parker to the company’s board of directors. Parker brings extensive experience to Plex in both leading and scaling growth stage, enterprise software companies.

A proven enterprise software leader, Parker was recently named chairman of the soon-to-be formed company comprised of the Citrix “GoTo” product line and is co-founder and senior operating principal of Bridge Growth Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm that focuses on investments in the technology and financial services sectors. He is chairman of Salient CRTG, a government IT services provider, and Aptos, Inc., a SaaS-based solutions company for specialty retailers. He is also a member of the boards of directors of Cvent, Inc., a provider of a cloud-based enterprise event management platform and Intermedia Inc., a provider of cloud-based business applications.

Parker was previously chairman and chief executive officer of Deltek, a leading global enterprise software and information solutions company. He also served as chief financial officer and later co-president of PeopleSoft, a leader in enterprise applications. Parker holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Clarkson University, where he served on the board of trustees from 2005 to 2015.
