This new DFMEA module, released in July 2023, meets the AIAG & VDA FMEA Handbook requirements. The module includes DFMEA Form A and Foundation DFMEA, which will accelerate part specific DFMEA builds and share design improvements throughout the design team. Structured like other Plex modules, Plex DFMEA utilizes the build wizard approach and guides you to complete the DFMEA in a structured, step by step approach and fully realize the new FMEA seven step process.

Brian Martensen, Product Manager - Plex
Speaker information
Brian Martensen joined Plex, by Rockwell Automation, in August 2022 as the Product Manager for Plex QMS. Prior to joining Plex, Brian served as Senior Program Manager, Quality Products and Services at AIAG, with a focus on quality core tools and IATF 16949. Additionally, he served as Quality Manager for Tier 2 suppliers in the stamping, machining, tubing, and part export segments of the automotive industry, where he developed and upgraded Quality Management Systems and resolved multiple repetitive customer quality issues.
His career began in maintenance and engineering, with most of his career spent with Visteon/ACH as a Manufacturing Engineer and Supplier Quality Engineer, where he received multiple Visteon Quality Awards for process improvements and process efficiency gains.
